My experience at Vertu Ford Glasgow could not be resolved with the branch as my repeated concerns were not addressed. The situation had to be resolved by Vertu Customer Services. Far less than satisfactory, I would not deal with Glasgow again although I remain happy with Vertu based on my ongoing experience of my local branch in Aylesbury.
